7 Great Open House Tips

7 Great Open House Tips

Eliminate clutter: The cleaner your home is the better it will show.

Keep, donate or simply throw away anything you think you won’t use in your new home.

Remove breakables: Anything that could break like china or glass should be out of sight and stowed away.

Remove temptations: Place valuables such as jewelry and other expensive items in a safe or other secure location.

Have a plan of action: When there are showings scheduled…get the family on board with helping clean the house.

Get in the habit: Wash dishes after meals. Clean off countertops. Make the bed in the mornings and keep the beds and other linens smelling fresh.

Clean out the garage: Clean the garage and the attic: Buyers are curious as to how much storage is up there.

Hope you found the list helpful!
